Overview – Guidelines on what we offer on the day of your wedding:
Preparation:
Bride& Groom Preparations (we normally start 1.5 – 2 hours before the ceremony starts)
Decoration of Reception room (if bride / groom are getting ready at venue)

Photo Props & Set Up
We normally like to include a few fun themed props on your special day. We have a lovely variety that we bring along, this adds extra special memories and creates great photo’s. Items include: Frames, Mr & Mrs Bunting & Thank You Signs, Cute Chalkboard Quotes, Parasols, and any other nice items we use that will work well with your style, theme and colours.
I would like to secure a booking, so where to from here?
1. You complete the booking form
2. You sign the photography contract and T&C’s
3. We invoice you
4. You pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking
5. Balance Payable 1 week prior to wedding
6. We schedule a date for your pre-wedding shoot (I like to have coffee with you and a brief meeting before we go off to do the pre-shoot)
7. We shoot your wedding
8. You select your photo’s that you would like for your albums
9. We edit and deliver your lovely goodies in our stunning customised packaging
Important things to know:
1. Your deposit secures your date
2. Should you cancel your booking with us, your deposit is non refundable as we could have secured and booked another event in its place
3. We offer a payment plan, we can discuss this should you be interested
4. We do travel
5. Editing: After the wedding ALL photos taken by both photographers will be edited and retouched. There is only so much retouching you can do to a photo. We do colour correcting, and effects (black and white, Sepia, with and without colour, and special effects) and perhaps a little blemish removal (pimples or bumps from the brides’ face) we don’t do airbrushing or any alterations to people. This normally takes 2 - 4 weeks to get your edited pictures on a USB flash Stick out to you in our stunning Packaging.
6. Design Time: Once you have selected the images for your albums and sent them to us, we do the layout and then send the layout to you for approval. Should there be changes you want done to the album, we can get together and make those changes, or you can make the changes on the proofs mailed to you and you can send them back to me. Then the album will go to print.
7. Storybook albums come standard with 40 page spread.
8. We offer stunning Thank You cards, Extra Prints and additional extra’s such as canvases etc, we can go through this when we meet for coffee
